I can't wait till tomorrow. I found a guy who says that he can complete my top chop. i can't weld, and i cut the top off my bug last week because i've always loved the look of a chopped bug. the guy is willing to do all the work for a realistic flame job on a t-bucket. sounds good to me. so i'll let everyone know how it goes i hope he can do it, or i'm gona have one hell of an air conditioning system this summer. :blush:

good luck !!! there's more work ahead than you can ever dream of.removing the the roof is easy ,i hope you did your homework .trying to make it work /look/and function as original is the key

well Fitz came by yesterday,and he seems confident that he can pull it off. now off to he woods to collect a couple of roofs and doors.( wonder if my buddy still has that split window section hanging in his barn?

)I better get those roofs soon or they'll be burried in snow
