We will have some iced tea ready for everyone when you guys come through, we are 1 1/2 hours EAST  from Kamloops, and 30 seconds off the #1 highway in Sicamous, we can park lots of cars in our driveway, if you want to stop for a leg stretch on Thursday.

Get in line Billy, I offered the same on their forum weeks ago. :P   Seriously though, it would be awesome to hook up with the (and I use it loosely as I was one) flatlanders for the remainder of the trip.  Any ideas what time you'll be passing through these neck of the woods?

Assuming I get my fasty dialed in by then I'm all over that.

The smokin' 1600 in my hot-rod will gladly bring up the rear of the pack *insert bad joke here*

We should probably get a roll-call and an estimated time everyone's going to meet up and depart so everyone can get their "ducks" lined up and get time away from work.

So everyone? Who wants to go for a drive?

I'll be at the drags as well but I figured go early in the AM or even Thursday night and cruise back in the morning. I'm sure those boys want to check out the drags as well so I just assumed they were planning on being in town on time to catch the start.

Hey everyone sorry I have not replied to this thread in awhile. I have been super busy. First of all thanks for the offers for us cruzers on taking the other highway. We had a meeting and I talked to some folks at the Calgary show and most people agreed we should stick to the Coquihalla highway. We have been using this route for several years and it woks well for a big group of cars. Basically we tell everyone drive the speed that

It's true we have filled the Best Western!

THey have recomended the Ramada just up the street. 604-931-4433
if you phone in it's $109.95 with one bed and $119.95 two beds. If you go to www.ramada.com you can get a room with one bed $99.95 or two beds 109.95
It's only a $10 savings but may be worth it.

Geoff.
