This is the best one I have found yet it gives you the HP  #'s based on given time and mph.  I would say that your engine power would be between the two, and probably closer to the lower # given.

To all the people who think they are making 180+ hp probably not.

It's just our vw's have good weight transfer to make us think we have lots of hp.  Since it is all about the HP!!!!!!!!!! B)

Of course this would have to be wheel hp to make us feel even better. :lol:

Actually after plugging in some new car #'s it seems this calculator is giving a pretty good estimate on flywheel HP not wheel hp.  Of course though our cars only loose 15% through the tranny, and I seem to remember most other cars are losing 20-23% through the tranny.

Using the ET method, I come up with 293 horsepower
Using the Speed method, I come up with 295 horsepower

So that is at the wheels, what would it be at the flywheel?

130 to 150 at the flywheel

Using the E.T method I came up with 168 hp and using the speed method I came up with 151 hp.
