I feel sorry for the pedestrians that have right of way, and get hit.
Most of those accidents were caused by drivers going too fast for the weather conditions.
That video makes me want to run out and buy a dash cam, for my own protection.  Vancouver isn't quite that bad yet, but I don't see driving habits improving at all. And ICBC benefits from blaming both drivers.

Wow I didn't realize dash cams were so common! Shit goes wrong soooo fast it's not just new drivers that should be watching that stuff....we all need a little reminder once and a while!!

in places like Russia they are everywhere because of how poor driver's are and how expensive insurance is
