tough start but it's running

thanks to Mowser for helping with electrical on my van today  Came out of hibernation ok except for that mint taillight in 12 pieces  .Oh well cracked one will do .Wife got job so managed to get van insured for 3 months . thought this might be a good start to list things to do after your car has been sitting awhile ?

Checked brake fluid
Oil
Lights 
Gas lines
Any other pointers appreciated 

I sure some of your are already on the road or never off . Just glad to be back in mine have a great summer  See you at the Canadian

happy to hear you're back up & running marty. will the bus be coming down for the westcoast showdown or the gcvws?

as far as a once over goes....it sounds like you have a good start. to add to that i'd adjust valves, gap points, check & adjust timing, check plugs, change oil, replace fuel filter, check and adjust carb if neccesary and do as many slurpee runs to 7-11 as possible.
