Here is a cut and paste from facebook - I know there are parts that are hard to follow but after everything I tend to get pissed when I type....

There are hundreds of photo's and about 2 pages of deficencies with what we have right now to go with this too...

I feel for ya and the fam having to live through the havoc of a major reno, did lots of those growing up, hard with the wee ones.
Don't settle until you're happy (if at all possible in that shit show)

I think you have every right to stand out front and hand out a flyer with your story on it. If anything it would a be a little jab at Rona. Shitty deal to have to go through with young kids and all. Good luck with this.

maybe contact the press or maybe olson on your side on the news, I had a the same experence with a garage kit that I bought for my house.  I built the garage kit myself, so I didn't have to worry about the contractor side of things but just getting the right supplies seemed to be a bit of a challange.  They didn't deliever the supplies on time, and when they did the amount was never what it was supposed to be.  When I recieved my roof trusses, the delievery date was wrong and the truss bottom was not straight at all.  The siding was short two boxes and the roofing shingles were also short two bundles.  When I went back to the store about the shingles rona stopped carring that style so I had to go around to different roffing supply store to find the right ones. At least I didn't have to depend on the installers, I should have knowen from the start when I gave the plans to get approved and they gave them back to  me with about 15 problems in them for my area, I even bought the plans from the fraser hwy store, I live in Green timbers? I hope all your problem get sloved it really pisses me off to see a big company take advantage of a customer like that.

Well thanks everyone - Just an update....

Monday last week I was in Terrace and Cin had a letter delivered to the door - basically the gist of the letter from RONA was that we owe them 17K for the redo of their original screwup.... Reading the letter was funny as alot of the work they stated to have done I did myself....Cin even video taped and photo'd a bunch of it too so again they are out to lunch....

Our lawyer is going to eat them up, I look forward to this going as public as possible but until it hits the courts the press can't touch it. BUT be on the watch for www.ronasucks.org COMING SOON BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
