Hi All:

George at Porbug Repair near the old Raineir brewery in Seattle is losing his lease, so he is going to be liquidating his inventory over the next few weeks. I only have rough details right now, but you should give him a call if you need anything. This took him a bit by suprise, as he's been there for over 20 years, I think. He's given alot to the VW community, and its time for us to help him out.

You can reach him at (206) 621-0833

So here's a rough guess at what he has - make offer:

(*) Engines, transmissions and assorted parts. Tons. He's been accumulating them for years. Check with George for availability.

(*) Vanagon passenger - a 1990 and a 1987. I think the '90 is a Carat. Both in mechanically sound shape and need minor body work. Both are automatics.

(*) 1969 Porche. I think it is a Targa with a fold-down rear window. This is a project car.

(*) 1964 or 1965 (I forget) Notchback S. This one, I think he'd prefer to keep but will sell to a motivated buyer. Before now, there was no chance of getting near it. Its in great shape.

(*) 1985 GTI. New tires, alloys, leather, electric window, A/C.

(*) I remember he has alot of glass - bug pop-outs, etc.

(*) I went through his inventory a year or two ago, and there are virtually no Type-3 only parts, sorry.

(*) We didn't talk about this, but there may be some shop equipment he is willing to part with. Who knows?
