I took my turbo in for what I thought would be a dynamic seal replacement yesterday to BD in abbotsford. I was talking shop with Bruce and George and we were talking about why I thought the seal went and my car/application. They quickly inspect my turbo and say nope, save your money and ventilate your crankcase better, oil is being blown back into the turbo... Needless to say am totally impressed with the honesty of these guys, they could have had a few hundred bucks out of me for the rebuild. PLUS they gave me the two stainless gaskets i needed FOR FREE!!!

These guys have quite the shop, including a CHASSIS DYNO......

I am sold and am now a customer of theirs - Thanks to Darren D for hooking me up with them!

Yeah, nice operation. They are a sponsor of DD's 56. We had the car on the dyno a few weeks ago, great enthusiasm.

Just curious, how many/where/what size vent lines do you run to what size box? Trying to visualize this theory, is it the drain line being pressurized and oil being pushed into the intake side?

I use a berg signature box with two -8's to the valve covers and a -6 to the oil fill. I have a -10 going pretty much straight down from my turbo where my fuel pump used to be.

I think I need to relocate where the turbo drains back to as the fuel pump area gets alot of oil thrown up at it. My winter build will get that treatment on the big engine.

Thanks for posting that James, We need more people/shops like that around here. I think we need to start that Thread/list of recomended shops and services and sticky it.
