The two accurate ways of setting up dual carbs are;
1) Pull the spark plugs out, and see what they look like. Here's what I suggest. Go to your local library, and get a book that has nice colour pictures of spark plugs. The spark plug's colour will tell you if each cylinder is jetted rich, or lean. Cheap, but time consuming.
2) Get an air/fuel ratio meter, and install it in your car. Expensive, but well worth the money IMO. To find out more, use the search function on the ASF, up above.
Post some info, about your carbs, and forum members can get you in the ballpark. We need to know jet sizes, emulsion tubes. More motor specs would be nice too.
