Triple 6 In January Volksworld

day-um.

anyone get that issue and see that car. that is my new favourite \"recent\" drag racer. and by recent, i mean just built. the black paint job and blue pinstriping give it that evil retro rod look. perfect rake and the erco's look nice. allthough i think the gold anodized ones lying beside the car in one pic would look better. btw, are those the old black berg car wheels? it states in the article that they are off of a famous 67 black race car. it's a shame though that the car is still lacking a huge motor. the feature would have been 10 times better w/ a 2332 ida'd nitrous monster poking out the lid.

the guys in the uk seem to like to build retro looking drag racers . anyone remember \"das muppet racer\" that was in vwtrends awhile back? that car was built by some guy in der autobahn scrapers (das, wicked name to boot) and was pinstriped, metal flaked and had a \"groovy\" 60's era picture of gonzo on the side.

is the \"air biscuit\" headed in the same direction?

Sorry the biscuit went MIA,trying to find the time to do a full project from start to finish these days seems very difficult.I cant tell you how cool its going to be to see all the new cars out this year.Brad P. has the car now and has plans to build a chopped fenderless.Silas you going to have to hit the shop once a month to keep up, we had another chop come and go after the buscuit and now I'm working on getting a 2332 Ida motored black '56 on the road for the summer.
I can't reach the bottom but I sure bang the sh*t out of the sides....

are you going to keep the centerlines on there jim?  it looks so old skool!

a nicely raked black oval window on erco's or silver BRM's looks hot!

yes, it has been a while since i've been to airspeed. not having a vehicle sucks ass. when i do borrow a car i usually go to kms tools to blow money on my new welding set up.

i will make it out to see you guys soon though.
