They got me once. $56.00 charged on a $50.00 item (ouch.)

I learned my lesson and while I have to deal with them in my work, the balance of power is a bit different and they can not do what they do to individuals. Never the less I learned my lesson and they lost my personal business. There are also a ton of people like me, whom have stop using their services

Fedex and DHL are even worse. They send you a bill in the mail for the brokerage fees a few weeks after they've delivered your package.

The brown devil can rot in hell.
I hope more people file suits against them in the future.

\"Not only does Macfarlane want his own money back, but the lawsuit wants everyone who paid the fee reimbursed.\"

Who understands Canadian law here?  I thought 'class action' meant that he has to get a bunch of people together that have been 'ripped' off BEFORE he goes to court, not after he wins?

The American system works like this (gather everyone together first) then sue.

:o Well I have to admit overnite canada post or that express thing they have have worked for me in canada really well as of late even cheaper than Greyhound you really have to shop around a bit .While working at Shoppers drug mart alot of these delievrey outfits aways showed up late ,smashed or short product and acted like it was no big deal eventually they went central wharehousing to avoid laot of the small local delieveries .   Nothing like buying in person no extra incurred costs
My 2 cents
