Hey all,

I am completely exhausted right now.  I'm a proud papa.

8lbs 4 ounces

Due to baby distress natural birth was expedited to the emergency OP room for C section. The team at the BC womans hospital met beyond my expetations of how a hospital works. I couldn't have ever imagined what would have happened with a home birth. Nonetheless my girl is healthy already giving me grief with lack of sleep.

Wow dad!!!!!! Congratulations... Give Ella lots of love ( even when she is screaming at 4:00 in the morning), and it will bring back many smiles for years to come. Proud moment forsure.

thanks all,

I'm enjoying every second. Problem is my asian eyes have more of a slant now  :D  This lack of sleep is something I've never experienced. Thank goodness for coffee  :P

Just wanna say thanks for all the support and all........Little Ella is doing well and she's lost a good 8% of her initial birth weight already so we're resorting to more formula and whatever she can get from mommy.

Congratulations Alan and Amy. I guess the added weight of the baby seat puts you back in the twelves, the way my baby is growing I'll be lucky to see fifteens.
