Title: Strange Engine Code

Hi - I have a 64 beetle that I just purchased and the engine is supposed to be a rebuilt 1600.  The code stamped on it is J062108 but I can't seem to find any refrences to this.

Can anyone help?

Any little circular stamps about 3/8 dia with a vw in the middle and two arrows circling it?
