Title: Electrician Needed
Post by: Matt on September 16, 2006, 09:19:46 AM
Any ASF members a certified Electrician that wants to make a little extra cash on the side? I need to wire in my garage, but don't know where to start.

You can actually do it yourself, but you have to take out a permit and then get it inspected.  I can give you a hand if you want.  My ticket is no longer valid, but I know the codes, etc. and recently put in a 200 amp service into a buddies cabin near Radium.  Be a lot cheaper for you as I usually take a case of bud for my consulting fee.

My main issue is my panel does not look like it has any space left. the main 100amp breaker, then 24 smaller breakers all have a purpose so I'm not sure how to get a handful of plugs into the garage.  I like your consulting fee;), perhaps Monday evening you could swing by and give up some advice?? I'll have a case of bud waiting.
