So what is every ones opinion on how fast I can get my turbo 1600 singleport to run in the 1/4.
I know most people think singleports are slow and useless and best left for fuel economy city runners or bush buggies. I'm just curious what you guys think.
I have been running 1/8 mile up here and having a blast with 10 pounds boost. I will up it for mission.
Sept 22 will be my last running this year, so if it breaks I have all winter to fix it.
Will I get a faster time then James even though he broke and coasted? Will I blow up at half track since I am still running stock pistons? Will I fry my 4 puck with stock pressure plate?
What do you think?

Whats with all this speculation? Nobody knows how fast you will go, you just need to come down and run the thing!

Turbo 1600cc single port?
I would say maybe high 15 or low 16 on 1/4 and under 92MPH.

Oh you havn't seen my other posts yet. Best so far is a 8.639 @ 83.049 in the 1/8 mile which is a 13.4 someting 1/4 mile on 10 pounds boost. I plan on running 18psi or so on Friday. each psi = approx 6-7 hp which is about 50 hp more this time, which should be very close to 1 second.
First night for this engine at the GC drag night at mission I ran a 14.094 @ 95.49 with 10 pounds . I have worked out a few bugs since then, This car has 8 - 1/8 mile passes on it and 3 good 1/4 mile passes so far ever on it.
