Title: '68(?) Bug In Surrey, Who Owns It?

does anyone know who owns the 68 or so red beetle on 108th at about 144th in Surrey?
maybe a member here?

it's been in the drive for a long time, never seem to see it change, but i drive past it almost every day
it's got some sweet patina on it

there's a couple of watercoolers out front as well
