I have the old front suspension parts off an 1974 181 Thing with part numbers as ff:
181-405-103 & 181-405-104 Left & Right Upper Torsion Arms
181-405-151 & ? Left & Right Lower Torsiuon Arms
181-405-319 Eccentic Bush for Steering Knuckle-2pcs
181-405-311 & 181-405-312 Left & Right Steering Knuckles
Parts of the 'bearing' areas has some light surface rust otherwise the parts are sound and solid.
I reside in Richmond, B.C. and can be reach by email at joepar@shaw.ca . I check my email 2-3 times a day.
I'm not in the part business. These were removed from my Thing by the former owner substituting it with the Beetle parts to drop the front end (??). I was going to return them but I'm too tired already. I just took some photos and would forward them to those sincerely interested. Thanks. Joe

Jeremy,
Sorry no rear-end parts. Do you own a Thing? I feel all alone around here with this vehicle except for the ocassional one I see cruising around the Delta that is color Yellow riden by some youths.
I'm looking for a windshield frame. Mine is rusted through at the bottom part. I'm looking to have it fabricated. If you are interested, I would like be in contact on this same subject. Joe

Not a Thing owner sorry. I converted my '59 Beetle to IRS and want to run bus/thing CV joints. Thing stub axles and drive flanges will transfer right over. Garanteed there are others on this forum who own Things. Put the word out. I'm sure you will get a response.
