Hey all,
Its getting to the time where i am going to start to build my stroker motor and Im going to look for a case. I`ve heard that there are better cases to use than others.Which one should I be looking for And what should I look for when i buy it? :)

Airspeed has the new aluminum case bored already for a stroker.... Pretty sweet

Hey Shane
IS that a good case to use , what would you do with a messed up aluminum case when you are done with it.You cant burn em like the mag cases, i`ve heard that there is a case # as41 is that a good case to use or is the alluminum case the best. Hey have you talked to Tim up in Kamloops? Sounds like Skyreach isn`t doing too good.

AL cases can be welded - Mags nope.
AS41 cases are the norm for building performance engines but with all the advancements lately with the AL cases they might become the standard. Origanally AL cases had problems with poor casting (sand I believe) or something along those lines but from what I've seen of the newer versions that has been worked out. Matt has one from airspeed it looks real nice.

Haha, nope. But then again it is still sitting on a shelf, unassembled.
