the engines out, the bottom of the bell housing is wet and the mainshift is wiggly in the seal.
Can you just replace the sealor is there something wrong inside the transmission?

First you have to determine if the oil is from the engine or the trans.

It is normal for the input shaft to be able to wiggle around.
