Title: Oil Pressure/temp, Head Temp

What are the average temps/preasures for a 1600.

I'm looking at a 1968 type one, with a 1973/4 california engine AK19377 with a supergo cam and a 34 pict 3

its nice to have the gauges but what should I be looking for and when do I worry?
