Title: Eberspacher Delivery Card?

Just found this little card in one of my old manuals. It's about 3x4\" and has a little string on it which probably came hanging off the heater knob when you bought the car! Not sure what the year of it is but the pictures might give an idea to someone in the know.

That is one damn rare piece of VW literature.

The second pic is the underside of an oval window's dash.
