Have welded in the new hangers for the IRS conversion to the baja and when putting in my torsion bars and dual spring plates I have chaned the jack to the shock tower and compressed the bars to get the springs above the stops but I cant seem to get the bar to go in farther into the reciver to set the spring plates. I am positioning the plates at just covering the lower cover bolt hole ? (as per text in Baja and buggies book)
And sugestions or tricks
