Title: Anybody Know ?

Driving through New Westminster yesterday I noticed a 2 tone beetle at the body shop at the bottom of Royal (I think its Royal) near Stewardson Way. Looked as though it had just been painted, it was still without doors or hood. It was similar to James' 66 copper with cream or white sides.

Is it anybody on the forum ?

Mystery solved. Its the girl (young lady) who is I believe the receptionist at the body shop. I think its Royal Auto or something like that.

Any way, I spoke to her today. wanted to know if it was perhaps a none paying customer since it has been sittin outside for a couple of weeks. But no luck. Actually a very nice lady. Its all painted and she hopes to be getting around to reassembly shortly.
Its a 56 (oval of course). Looks like it will probably be a vintage resto and not a cal look.

Oh and by the way, theres a 67 sitting next to it that she says needs the pans done and I got the impression its prob for sale.
