hey everyone (long time reader, first time poster :) )
Just wondering if anyone has heard of the Old Beetle Shop...They have a shop in Langley around 64th and Glover. They do complete restorations of any air-cooled vw...just wondering if anybody has heard anything about them, good or bad...or have you seen any of their work? I'm looking to get some work done by them on my 67 bus, but wanted to check em out first...from what i can tell they seem to do some pretty awesome stuff...
any info would be great!
cheers

not 10 minutes after i bought my SB i pulled into a gas station to fill the tank, and a girl started talking to me about some VW's she used to have and that she took it to a shop out in Langley for everything, i'm pretty sure 'The Old Beetle Shop' was the name
been trying to find it, anyone know the address?
maybe it's like a ghost shop or something

I think it's the dudes beside can am auctions and leakers, last complex on the bypass before the tracks, or last driveway on mufford cresc./64 ave before the tracks. Usually a turkis 64 deluxe bus and a grey singlecab parked in front. Really small rusty sign on the door. Watch out for nails and debris in the lot though, one of the tenants there has some poor housekeeping habits. Nice guys but I've never actually laid eyes on something they have finished.
