okay i just got home from the freakin carnage. i can honestly say i have NEVER seen it snow like this so fast in the 28+ years I have lived in th L.M. (that I remember at least). my lowered fasty with rubber bands for tires was better than the retreads in their $50,000 SUV's with AWD and I made it from north delta to port kells NO PROBLEM. I didn't even see a glimpse of a ditch! ^_^ with the good old gas heater cranked I was lovin' life and passin' hondas all the way home!

2 days after Christmas Day 1995, I believe...I shoveled my driveway 3 times that day. When I found my roof tiles had lifted on one side from the ice, I had to walk into the backyard at my house in Richmond and dig out the ladder that was laying against the fence. I remember my jeans being wet to about 6\" above the knees from walking through the snow to get to the ladder.
