Hi there,

I'm new to the world of VW's and am loving it so far. A month ago I purchased 1973 VW HiTop from Victoria with a rebuilt engine and a very nice interior. I purchased it to take to Latin America where I will be creating travel documentaries on each country that I travel through. I have a lot of modifications to make to it over the summer and will probably be pestering people here for information. I have dubbed (no pun intended) the VW as Dante, the Hell Rider. :)

Great to see another bus join the board. What mods are you thinking about? You are right to think that you would get some good advice on this forum - and Airspeed has anything you might want.

Thanks for the welcome. Are there many busses on this board? One of the main additions to the bus is electricity for those places where there isn't any juice. I'm also adding some shelves and a few other little things here and there. One of the most important changes has to be the stereo...you can't bang your head to Priest without a sub me thinks.
