Post by: Geoff on March 23, 2006, 03:06:52 PM: once again be at the Best Western Coquitlam, They are holding 20 rooms for the GCVWS guests.
There is a special rate of $109 a room, when you call in you must say it is for the group rate for the VW show. These rooms are on a first come first serve basis. They would like to have everyone book 60 days before the event.
If you have any trouble reserving a room you can ask for Tim the Manager.

If all the rooms go quick I may be able to get a few more but the sooner you book the better.

We have many levels available for sponsors and expect to see 5000 plus spectators in attendance. This is a great oppertunity to showcase your business or product.

We're in the middle of moving the shop, house and everything in between with a newborn, but we're taking the time out to head up there. It's going to be great to put faces to the names I already know and see old faces that are fun to hang out with everytime.
