Title: Changing Bolt Patterns?

I currently have 4 bolt vw disc brakes all around and need to change to 5x130.Can i get the rotors drilled and does anybody know a good place?Or am i stuck buying new rotors?

We can have all Four done (Drilled and tapped)for $150-200 depending on type of drums/rotors.
