Title: F';[;'/'/n Cold
Post by: Bug Maniac on November 29, 2005, 08:33:16 AM
The bug has no heating as the heat exchangers are not connected, all the pipes are missing , to keep the engine cool I'm thinking, but it's not like it's not cold enough anyways so is it okay to connect them back up , I realise that it's hard to comment when ya have never seen the bug, any comments appreciated.

Do you mean the flexible tubes that connect from the heat exchangers to the body under the rear seat? or the ones that connect to the fan shroud?
By all means connect them if they're missing. Every little bit of heat that gets into the car will help. Personaly I've never driven in a bug that had  working heat though.  :(
