i checked out low bugget, tuning the air mix by ear is a joke there must be a better way than this, i tred his method and it failed, and yes everything in the ingition is a ok, timing, no intake leakes, runs really good and strong ,a little bit of smoke

Check for play in the throttle shafts. YOu can adjust all day long but with worn throttle shafts one blast on the throttle and its out again. If that doesn't work buy a synch tool from AS.

kads run rich out of the box, you may want to jet them down a touch, the stock mains in 34 pict carbs seem to work well
if you need more than that, airspeed has a full selection of jets....
-
my main jets are 130 s i tryed screwin with the aacl pump, still smokin fouling plugs, runs really good tho, no oil burning , i was thinking maybe the main jets are too big, i can turn the mixture to it leanest point an d still get fouling? and no leaks atol bushings are fine
-
well what i am gonna do is shim the fuel pump, to much pressure, then i will adjust the accl pumps then the main jet if it needs it but i dont think so, there only 130 s so it should be fine

Borrow a wide band reader...i would lend you my techedge..you can try it if you like..but i think something is outa whack with the reading...OR it could have been the super short exhaust on my turbo motor..
it will tell you where and when your rich or lean, in plain easy to read numbers...and then jetting aint guessing anymore..
i know it sounds like work..but really..its the only way to really know..unless your pro at reading plugs..but even then...
im not much of a carb jetting guy..but someone on this list could tell you what direction and how to get there..if you had some AFR #s..just an idea

i think my fuel pressure is to high, going to shim it, dont understand how this will work, thought the floats would regulate the fuel pressure in the carb
-
the floats can only handle so much pressure before the needle and seats blow through...
-
wouldnt i be over flowing?
-
well, the fuel pressure reg is in , and presto, it works, still a little smoke but i can tune it out
