The above to sites are down due to a hardware failure:

Unfortunately, there was a massive drive failure, however all data was recovered. We had to perform an OS reinstall. Now ALL DATA is being rsync'd to the new drives, and until this occurs, accounts will be completely inaccessible. Unfortunately, there is no ETA set, but as far as the accounts go at of 5:20AM EST restoration is half finished. Of course this is a guessed based on the alphabetic order of the accounts being restored. We will be able to provide updates once the server is completely restored. However, until then please bear with us, as most tech staff will be working to ensure data integrity.

Beats me - it's on the East Coast.

Overall the service has been great, This is the first major hiccup in almost a year for me.
