Hello everyone  :o Well I have finally \"arrived\".

I am Erin, I drive the 57 sliding ragtop with plates \"vw4me\" as my daily driver, and yes, Russ the powder coating wonder is my man. :wub:

Think I have met many of you already, and look forward to meeting many more.

I admit to reading most of the posts for a very long time now and have recently posted under Russells name. (and was told to damn well register myself).  :unsure: So here I am.

But it turns out I think I am member 666. Not so sure about that little omen!

Ok,  Roadrunner is not a bad name, I think Funsuckers wife is better ;) But it is more creative than \"Russ\"

Now the best part is a shared computer and having to log out (Russ) and log in yourself, damn husband's....  :P

Talk about a coincidence. I just saw you in New West on the way to work Friday and was going to post to see if anyone new the car.
Very sweet car ! You probably thought I was some freak stalker the way I was staring (sorry if I freaked you out).

I am going to assume you were not driving your 66 cause that would have surely ruled you out as a stalker! :D What do you drive daily so I know to wave next time?

To be honest don't you find people are always kinda staring when you drive a nice looking aircooled vw around. Driving in a safe and law abiding fashion ;) I might add.

It just has a 1776 in it.  :( My husband doesn't really want me to have anymore than that. He keeps running into strangers that tell him I drive my car fast???? Can you believe that?! B)

No I wasn't in the 66. I unfortunately had to do that work thing. I have collector plates & ICBC says they don't like it when I drive to work. Itried to tell them it gives me pleasure but they said that's not what pleasure only means, go figure.
I was driving my red 4runner.
