You can buy roofing membrane in 6\" rolls that has peel and stick at home depot or rona. This is what I use on my machines to curb vibration

B-QUIET in Saskatchewan(877-727-8438) sells 100 square feet with roller (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1498&item=5784558243&rd=1) on ebay for $99.99 US + $25.00 US shipping. Good if you have a friend or 2 to share it with.

I've kitted out my entire bus with Dynamat equivilants. Used 100 sqft of B-Quiet Extreme. Was great service, ordered on a weds afternoon, at my door by friday.
Stuff goes on real easy. I also bought 50 sq ft from a Group Buy on the VWDOV. It was from E-Dead. Same as all the others. easy to install.
So far I'd say I've used about 125 sq ft in my bus. I haven't doubled up yet either, I think I will double over the engine compartment. Mind you, this is a for comfort factor and stereo quality. I'd say you'd need a good 50 sq ft at the minimum!
There are loads of pics on my site:

Surf through if ya feel like it. I used that against the metal, and then bought some insulation from home depot - NOT The pink fibre, the foil bubble wrap type. I've used that in the sliding door, back hatch and any other void air spaces. Should really help.
As for info on the group buy, I was in on their first one, they did another one last month. The prices are awesome. Instead of the 100bucks from b-quiet it was only 70 bucks shipped(had to pick it up off the organizer).
here's the link http://www.vwdov.ca/forum/showthread.php?t...?threadid=66633 (http://www.vwdov.ca/forum/showthread.php?threadid=66633) they'll probably do another one soonish... i love you're 'hot shot' pic too ;)
