My bug is ready to be inspected (previously Alberta registered car) and insured for the summer but I'm thinking that I need to have bumpers on the thing in order to pass, and I don't want bumpers on it!!! Does anybody know of some nerf/nurf-style bars that just wrap underneath the fenders so that I wouldn't have to cut holes through the fenders or something similar? Or would anybody know of a place I could take the car to get it passed on a BC inspection without bumpers?? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. These are a couple shots of front and rear of my car:

I guess you could bolt on some dune buggy style tube bumpers.
