I have been there and looked at it, when i looked it was $8500. I dont know what your expecting but its not and $8500 original paint car, i was in every nook and cranny in that car. If you got cah to burn go for it its all there and they have receipts for everything right back to the beginning. The car was from California and it came up here a few years ago i think, it has well faded out orange paint it might have been red at one time. It looks like the guy that had it liked to tinker and attempted do to his own things, funny lights on the rear deck, possible body and paint repairs. Now the guy selling the car is apparently a body man and says that its all good, there is multiple layers of paint in spots and sanding marks in the paint. Like i said its all there it would need a whole new interior of panels, carpets and seat covers. The exterior does have cancer below the drivers door on the front edge, the headlight buckets do appear to be solid, i believe one of the tailight lenses was smucked, the rear bumber drivers side is a bit bent,  and there was some strange lock mechanism in the top of the front fender on the drivers side. Anyways long story short i had better uses for my $8500 bucks.

Cheers

I seen that car one day parked in Burnaby close to Brentwood..its more like a solid $4500-$5000 resto project car. It would make an awsome car if put in the right persons hands!

Thanks for the input, I have not seen the car I phoned and thought I asked good details but from what you are saying they seem very much uninformed of the vehicale. I was told it was in perfect shape with a small scratch in the front bumper and one small bubble on the passengers door, perfect int but would probably need the window seals replaced due to age! The car could be buffed to bright red but if you wanted to win a show you might think about a respray.

Guess they are wrong!
Cheers thanks all!
