Title: Hubcap Clip And Rivet Kit

Ok so i have the hubcap clip and rivet kit to replace the broken ones on my car. I have taken the old ones off by grinding the tops off the rivets and then i tapped them out. I am know confused as to what i need to squash this niw clip and rivet to the wheel with. Anybody got a helpful suggestion to get these installed.
