i'm going to seal my gas tank this comming weekend and wondered what peoples have used to do it?

anybody know of any other places that carry something like this
thanks russ

I used POR for mine, got it at springmeet a year ago. I think Lordco carries it. Alternatly you could check a radiator shop and see if they will coat it for you.

I used the POR 15 kit also.

Russ, I did the tank on Rick's 54 using the stuff from The Old Car Center. IMO it didn't do a very clean job. The coating was very thin in some areas, and really thick in others. I tried to talk him out of it because his tank was perfectly clean on the inside before I started. I wouldn't do it.

I didn't use any gas tank sealer. Just had them dipped. One pickeled at Redi-strip($200) and one hot tanked at a machine shop($20)
