Title: Just What Does That Switch Do?

The wiring is being done on my split van and i'm wondering what the little toggle type switch on the bit that holds the speedo is for?its on the right hand side and i can'y for the life of me remember what its supposed to do. Someone put me out of my misery...

mmm i found a green coloured bottle uner the dash but i think it was covered in mould.....definately not blue.
Anyone really know what its for?

Thanks Gentlemen, the one above me front bench seat? as i'm having a panel Van? or does it link to one in the rear as well?

Yes the lights are linked and are controlled by toggle switches as well Anymore  queastions ,e- mail  me
