H there, i installed the sliding door, and drivers+passenger side door seals, but i got some glue on the paint. whats the best way to remove the glue without taking off the paint?

I don't know how old your paint is but assuming it's fully cured, a pinstripe eraser on a cordless or pneumatic drill works pretty good.

3M makes a weatherstrip adhesive remover in spray or liquid. It's prefectly safe for your paint.
