Title: Hitlers 32 Beetle
Post by: trevor421 on January 14, 2005, 06:55:01 PM
We were going over Nazis and Adolf Hitler today in school, and i found this picture. He drew it in 1932 in a restaurant table on a napkin. Crazy how something so good could come from all that Nazi evil.

imho, ferdinand porsche is the person that most deserves the credit for the fruition of the acvw. without his incredible talents, i dont believe the concept would have gone to far. ;)

IMHO I would also give tatra credit because thats what the cars design was based on if you look at a tatra 77 it looks alot like a beetle and also has a air cooled rear engine after the war there was a large out of court settlement made to tatra from VW
