Title: Splitting A Case

Whats the best way? I am just ready to split mine and have all the hardware removed, and double checked, oil pump is out, and the case is starting to split at the oil pump end but not at the flywheel, I am not missing anything behine the flywheel am I? I dont think I am, anyway what do you all suggest?

You got all the rear bolts out?

You got the small nut(8mm) just under / beside the bottom right (as you look at it)  BIG case stud nut and another  about 1  1/2 \"  below that?

No , nothing behind the flywheel

Yep, I am sure I got them all, just not going to force anything apart.

ah ha! I found one covered in dirt, case came apart easily after that!

There's actually 2 M8 nuts that hide under the gunk.  They are above and below the camshaft's centerline.
