Burt Reynolds and Willie Nelson have almost signed on for the roles of Boss Hogg and Uncle Jesse, respectively

Johnny Knoxville and Seann William Scott have signed on as Luke and Bo Duke.

Jessica Simpson has been confirmed as Daisy Duke.
