Title: Speedo Ring Instalation

instead of stuffin my tach in the speedo hole from the inside,i've decided to mount it up to the speedo hole from under the hood.so if i do that it will also allow me to use the stock vw chrome ring.
question -since i don't have one in my hands how does it fit in the hole ??pressure/tabs/glue??
as well when the ring is installed is it flush with the bottom edge where my tach would now push against??

Fold down tabs, easy to break careful.
