1959 lowlight convertible. Originally a BC car that was bought and driven to Montreal in the 90s. It lived indoors during the winters.. I had it shipped back and started the restoration. Has Quebec title. 1960 pan.
I had the bodywork fixed as there was some areas with bubbles, although nothing major. Was painted non-original dove blue, so I kept that colour. I had proper lowlight era seat rails installed as well as a few pan fixes. Top frame works fine, I didn't like the grey top material, so ordered a dark blue canvas top with correct chrome roof trim. Also found a correct, re-chromed lowlight rearview mirror. Have lowlight seats, but they require recovering. Door cards are incorrect. I would count on redoing interior material. I believe the motor is a 12V, 1500 sp. I haven't driven it any distance. Has all correct gauges, glass, decent tires and good bumpers. Will need new lower body trim installed.
This is a pretty easy project as lowlights go. Would need interior installed, roof installed and BC inspection and perhaps a BC assigned VIN.Car is currently together but not road ready.

from what I am told dove blue is a bitch to colour match.

Took my OG paint engine lid that had a nice unmolested patch of DB and am well on my way to getting parts of the 58 SC painted!!
I now have a Dupont paint code.
