We have a place next to the 24th street skytrain station off of Nanaimo street. One bedroom basement suite, clean older house. Furnished or not. Nice couple upstairs. Private entrance, shared laundry (new machines). Quiet neighbourhood. $1250/month unfurnished and shared utilities (for furnished we would first need to purchase furniture to see cost). Available end of April.
