I use Security mail services on H street, thier only downside is only open business hours, don't know if Hagens is open late.

Hagens now has 24 hour lockers that you can get access to.

24/7 parcel charges $3 and you can get in... 24/7

If you're driving from Vancouver, consider Pt Bob.  It's a much closer drive and rare for long lineups.

You can register online then start receiving packages.
Even if there's a lineup, you can park and walk.  Pt to Pt is less than 200m from Canada.

i use them all the time and it works perfect for me, but tires are 5.00 each and they won't have a locker big enough but you can have them put in a room for 3.00 and pick up anytime

i've had good success over the years using can-amer freight in blaine, but their hours are limited...

i've got a buddy thats uses point to point in pt roberts and he says it works fine.

definately lots of choices out there!

Thanks Guys.

Going to try P2P in Pt Roberts. Something about no line-ups has me intrigued.

I'll let you know how it goes for the tires.

don't be fooled by that "no Lineups" thing at Pt. Bob. Get to the US side at 9am and people are lined up for the shipping and the cheap gas. Coming back, not usually a problem. If you go to blaine with a 24 hour place, go early and you can be down and back home in an hour and a half. I've found the u.s. side sometimes only has one lane opened, depending on how they feel that day ;)
