Has anyone experience if it is possible to bring a vehicle to Canada from the USA with only a "Abandoned Vehicle Report"?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

From where?, last one I did from the US required me to get a title in my name or the PO's in the US first before the US border guys would even consider letting it out. Canada didn't really care as long as it had paperwork and some realistic price on a bill of sale so they could tax me.

Hmmmm...., you'd have to ask the border guys, assuming the report is issued by the sheriff, state patrol, local cops, ect. it should be OK, but I really don't know. I managed to track down the PO and get the title signed, maybe things have changed? I don't think WA state wll issue a title to a Canadian anymore either but check that out anyways, I did the transfer at the insurance place in the Cost cutter store and the title arrived in the mail the next week.

Yeah, I think checking with DMV for reissuing the title is the safest bet. The rest sounds like a pain in the ass.
