Title: 67 vw Bus. Door panel clips what do they normal use? mine never came with panels

My 67 vw Bus. Door panel clips do they have? mine never came with panels in it. So i don't know what they look like at all.  It has holes about a 1/4" so not screw holes. So I'm assuming clips what style would be right for those and how do the work? any info or pics would be greatly appreciated :)
