All I have to say is this. Yes you can fix an oil cooler leak with the engine in the bus. It's 7pm and I have finished taking the cooler out, took me just over an hour.
So far so good!
:D

So far so good, I removed the fan housing, the alternator and then had full access to the oil cooler. Worked very well, I was into the cooler in just over an hour, If I knew what I was doing I think it would have been a shorter amount of time. Now the seals are installed, and I replaced the motor mount while I was in there and I have re-assembled everything to putting the pulley back on the alternator, damn key, what a pain in the butt. After that the tin and I am done. So it can be done inside the van quite easily. I did not have to remove the heater boxes either.

Nice! Watch out Ian, Those seals he replaced may give him a extra 50hp :P
-
Actually if my calculations are correct I will get an extra 52.4 HP from that. The motor mounts will improve power transfer to the wheels so I think I may need to order some wheelie bars! :P
