I'm looking for set of front seat belts, 3 point style to fit a '63 beetle.

Dumb question but I thought that 63's were just lap belts - 2 point

i have some 3 point belts that came in my 65, i think they are out of a rabbit or something, anyways you can have em for free, i still have to see you to pick up the deck lid so i'll bring them with me when i do that, i've been werking in vancouver a lot so i havent had time to come get the lid yet, but i still want it, i got friday off so i can pick it up then, i'll call ya.

I actually thought '63 were just lap belts as well, but the car definately has shoulder mounts?

Anywho, James could I swing buy and pick them up tonight?

yeah they have a threaded insert for shoulder mounts but they aren't quite high enough to work properly.  I tried to put 3 points in my '64 and the shoulder portion was too low and basicly wouldn't stay over my shoulder.  your a taller dude than I am so i'll bet it will be even more annoying for you.

Good point, hellgti, time to buy another bug! I've got a nice '55 oval for sale............ It's a daily driver, just needs the bottom portion of the body replaced

Maybe I'll just stick in lap belts.
